Dr Kul Bhushan Bali is a highly experienced Assistant Professor in Otorhinolaryngology, bringing over 36 years of progressive international experience to his practice. His expertise encompasses a wide range of otolaryngological specialities, including otology, rhinology, laryngology, head and neck surgery, lateral and anterior skull base surgeries, and facial aesthetic surgeries.

His professional journey has taken him to prestigious institutions, including the College of Medicine and Health Sciences in the UAE, Al Ain Hospital, and the Ministry of Health in Oman. He has also served in esteemed Indian hospitals like Safdarjang Hospital and Dr Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, and completed international clinical fellowships in the UK, Canada, and Germany.

Dr Bali’s areas of specialisation include a comprehensive range of ear, nose, and throat procedures, with a particular focus on endoscopic sinus surgery, sleep apnea surgeries, middle ear surgeries, and other otolaryngological surgeries using CO2 laser and coablation techniques. He also offers innovative treatments for oral submucous fibrosis, achieving significant success with coblation-assisted release of fibrous bands.

Dr Bali is a member of numerous professional organisations, including the Indian Medical Association, the American College of Surgeons, the Confederation of European ORL-HNS, and associations of ORL-HNS in India, Oman, and the UAE.

His contributions to the field have been recognised with awards and recognitions, including the Best Doctor Award from the Ministry of Health, Oman, and the Best Paper Award at the Annual Conference of Otolaryngologists and Head & Neck Surgeons of Oman. He has also received certificates of appreciation and a travelling fellowship.

Dr Bali has an extensive publication record, with numerous articles in peer-reviewed journals, and has presented at numerous national and international conferences. He has conducted workshops on sleep apnea surgery and recent advances in otology and audiology.
