Sri Sathya Sai Sarla Memorial Hospital

The Sri Sathya Sai Sarla Memorial Hospital, a healthcare initiative by Prashanthi Balamandira Trust, is a multi-disciplinary hospital established at Sathya Sai Grama, Muddenahalli, Karnataka, India. The Hospital was established in 2018, as the first teaching hospital for the upcoming Medical College, and provides quality healthcare services for all, without any barriers, absolutely free of cost.

Located in the rural environs of Karnataka State, the Hospital shall provide a rich learning environment for medical students across specialties without the biases and barriers of socio-economic status and finance. It shall also train young students to understand and manage rural patients, in preparation of their future role to serve rural India.

Sri Sathya Sai Rajeswari Memorial Block

The Sri Sathya Sai Rajeswari Memorial Academic Block is an edifice of Learning and Healing instituted by Prashanthi Balamandira Trust. This state-of-the-art facility would serve as the academic block for the Sri Madhusudan Sai Institute of Medical Sciences and Research.

The magnificent architecture of the Sri Sathya Sai Rajeswari Memorial Academic Block symbolizes man’s pursuit of ascension under the guiding dome of medical excellence of giants of the yore and universal grace. This academic block is dedicated to the selfless service of Dr C Rajeswari, an acclaimed obstetrician and gynaecologist.

She was blessed by Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba to commence His Medical Mission in 1970, offering totally free of cost healthcare services. Her tireless efforts to serve the sick & needy and to build Institutions of Healthcare Excellence are remembered with great respect and gratitude to this day.
