Dr Brunda Muniswamy is a dedicated Assistant Professor in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, bringing a compassionate and patient-centred approach to her practice. Her specialisations in high-risk obstetrics, cancer cervix, and colposcopy reflect her commitment to providing comprehensive women’s healthcare.

Her professional journey includes a year as a medical officer with Jet Airways, followed by a six-month tenure at Chikmagalur District Hospital post-graduation. She joined SMSIMSR in April 2023. Her areas of interest extend to infertility, laparoscopy, and fetal medicine, demonstrating a broad spectrum of expertise within her field.

Dr Brunda Muniswamy is a member of the Indian Society of Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology (ISCCP) and the Bangalore Society of Obstetrics and Gynaecology (BSOG). She has served as a resource person for a colposcopy workshop in 2024, contributing to the education and training of her peers.
