Dr Annie Arvind is a Consultant in Pediatric Cardiology, specialising in paediatric and adult congenital cardiology, cardiac imaging, and foetal echocardiography. With a strong foundation from rigorous training at Apollo Hospitals, Chennai, and experience as an Associate Consultant at Artemis Hospital, Gurgaon, she now serves at SMSIMSR, Muddenahalli.

Her expertise encompasses the diagnosis and treatment of congenital heart diseases, paediatric arrhythmias, and acquired cardiovascular conditions in children. She is skilled in transthoracic and transoesophageal echocardiography, foetal echocardiography, diagnostic cardiac catheterisation, and interventional paediatric cardiac procedures.

A dedicated practitioner, she has organised and managed numerous outreach cardiac screening camps and has publications in national and international journals. She is a Life Member of the Indian Academy of Paediatrics (IAP) and the Paediatric Cardiology Society of India (PCSI).

Dr Arvind is the recipient of the AV Gandhi SCAI Best Thesis Award (First Runner-up, 2020), the Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Health Award (2023), and the International Best Researcher Award for Research & Excellence in Paediatrics at IIRAC 2023.
