AIIMS (New Delhi) and SMSIMSR shook hands through an MoU
A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed between India’s premier institution, the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi, and India’s first free medical college, the Sri Madhusudan Sai Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, at AIIMS Delhi.
Dr. M. Srinivas, Director of AIIMS Delhi, and Sri Madhusudan Sai, Founder of India’s first free medical college, jointly exchanged the memorandum of understanding. The MOU aims to:

- Collaborate in undergraduate and postgraduate education in healthcare.
- Develop and disseminate teaching methodologies.
- Support national healthcare projects, with a particular focus on primary healthcare, preventive health, and telemedicine.
- Promote research and innovation.
- Foster scientific and academic collaboration, training, and interaction in healthcare services and medical education.
