Chiranjeevi Bhava — Gift of Life Ceremony

Christmas at Sathya Sai Grama, Muddenahalli was celebrated in a jubilant manner. There were two momentous occasions that lit up the evening programme; ‘Chiranjeevi Bhava’, the Gift of Life Ceremony and the Sai Symphony Orchestra.
Since 2012, at the Sri Sathya Sai Sanjeevani Child Heart Care Centres of Palwal, Raipur and Kharghar in India, over 18,000 children have been successfully operated upon. The Gift of Life Ceremony was initiated to celebrate these precious little angels’ healthy and happy childhood, they being the future of the nation. The mission has now expanded to provide these services at the Sri Sathya Sai Sarla Memorial Hospital at Muddenahalli.

The dignitaries present were Dr Padma S Veerapaneni, Chairman of RiSE Foundation and Sri Prahlad D N, Non-Executive Chairperson, Surya Software Systems Pvt Ltd along with Sri C Sreenivas, Chairman Sri Sathya Sai Health and Education Trust, Dr Ragini Pandey, Senior Pediatric Cardiac Surgeon from Sri Sathya Sai Sanjeevani Centre for Child Heart Care, Naya Raipur (Chhattisgarh) and Sri B N Narasimha Murthy, Chancellor Sri Sathya Sai University for Human Excellence. Gift of Life certificates were awarded to these precious children. The eventful evening was presided over by Sadguru Sri Madhusudan Sai.

The Gift of Life Ceremony was initiated to celebrate these precious little angels' healthy and happy childhood, they being the future of the nation.
