Dr D Meghana is a dedicated Assistant Professor in Pharmacology, driven by a passion for academic excellence and advancing pharmaceutical knowledge. Her expertise spans research, pharmacovigilance, and clinical trials, reflecting a comprehensive approach to her field.
With five years of teaching experience, Dr Meghana is committed to fostering critical thinking and innovation in her students. Her curriculum is designed to bridge foundational knowledge with real-world applications, preparing students for careers in research and healthcare.
Her contributions to the field are evidenced by her two national and two international publications, as well as her presentations at state and international conferences, including three poster and two oral presentations.
Dr Meghana’s innovative spirit was recognised with a third prize in the “Re-Imagine Health, a hackathon towards future of the ageing” international workshop, where she contributed to the development of a blind stick sensor.
She has also demonstrated a strong commitment to professional development, completing a BCBR training session and attending ten Good Clinical Practice (GCP) workshops throughout her career. Beyond her professional pursuits, Dr Meghana is interested in music therapy and yoga, highlighting a holistic approach to well-being.
