Dr Navya A G is a dedicated Consultant Psychiatrist and Associate Professor, leading the Department of Psychiatry at Sri Madhusudan Sai Institute of Medical Sciences and Research. She brings a decade of comprehensive experience to the field of mental health.

Her areas of specialisation include addiction medicine, mood disorders, and community psychiatry. Notably, she offers innovative treatments such as ketamine infusion and stellate ganglion block, in collaboration with the pain clinic, for patients experiencing depression and anxiety.

Dr Navya’s research contributions are evident in her publications, which explore diverse aspects of mental health, including explanatory models of dementia, attitudes towards suicide attempts, the relationship between vitamin D and adolescent depression, and psychiatric comorbidities.
